Abizer, through NeoStrat Advisors, was appointed as Observer for IIFL and ACRE by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court in July 2025. NeoStrat played a key role in facilitating and concluding the consent terms, leading to a successfully negotiated out-of-court settlement.
NeoStrat Advisors played a key role in conceptualizing and facilitating the landmark transaction between Emirates NBD (ENBD) and RBL Bank, which resulted in an INR 27,000 crore (~USD 3 billion) investment for a 60% controlling stake - the first such majority investment in the Indian banking sector and among the largest ever in Indian banking history.
We partnered closely with EY Investment Banking on the transaction, with JP Morgan serving as Process Advisors and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) as Legal Counsel.
