Healthspring

Appointed to the Board of Healthspring as a nominee director representing Sabre Capital, Abizer's role is to work closely with the management team to stabilise and strengthen the company's leadership. He holds this position in an advisory capacity to Sabre Capital. Other key shareholders include IFC Washington and Columbia Pacific.

SBM Bank India

Abizer serves on the Board of SBM Bank India and Chairs its Audit Committee and is part of several other board Sub Committes. SBM Inida a wholly owned subsidiary of SBM Holdings (Mauritius), backed by the Government of Mauritius. The bank, previously facing significant regulatory challenges, is now on a growth trajectory with a renewed management team and full institutional support from Mauritius.

Mahindra Manulife Asset Management

Abizer is on the Board of Mahindra Manulife Asset Management, a SEBI-registered AMC that is a joint venture between the Mahindra Group and Manulife Financial Corporation of Canada. The Mahindra Group, known for professionalising its management while maintaining family ownership, represents a forward-looking model of governance in India's evolving corporate landscape.

Cashpor Micro Credit

Abizer is on the board of CASHPOR Micro and Chairs the Audit Committee. Credit is a poverty focused, not for profit NBFC-MFI providing microfinance services exclusively to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) women of the rural areas of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, with an aim to make them independent by using the micro finance for income.

Wodehouse Gymkhana

Elected as a committee member at Wodehouse Gymkhana, Abizer oversees the Finance and Treasury functions. Since the Gymkhana is structured as a company, committee members also serve as members of its Board of Directors.

Advisory Business

Abizer's advisory model focuses on collaborating with leading institutions to deliver value-driven solutions. He is currently working with BCG and EY on selected strategic assignments. These partnerships allow NeoStrat Advisors to leverage the scale, capabilities, and specialised expertise of global firms.

Abizer advises TruBoard Partners, a fintech firm founded in 2020 that leverages data and AI to provide a 360-degree view of asset performance. The platform helps lenders, equity investors, and asset owners optimise portfolio returns and manage both real and financial assets more effectively.

Appreciate Wealth

Abizer serves as an advisor to Appreciate Wealth, founded by Subho Maulik, Shlok Srivastav, and Yogesh Kansal. The firm enables global investing for Indian investors and facilitates inward investment into India by effectively leveraging technology, regulation, and AI. It also provides access to loans and other financial products across wealth categories.

PL Capital

Abizer is a member of the Investment Committee of PL Capital's performing credit fund, managed by Samir Satyam and Kapil Sachdeva. He serves alongside renowned professionals including Punita Kumar Sinha, Amisha Vora, Rajnish Kumar, and Nilesh Vikamsey, contributing to the firm’s alternative asset strategy.
